Project Description
CEI prepared the permit application for an electronics semiconductor manufacturer that included several stacks for each of the chemical rooms in the facility. This included an inventory of chemicals used and an understanding of how they were used. Emissions were modeled for each stack to obtain a permit from NH DES to operate. CEI also designed scrubbers to remove certain emissions from the stacks before emitted to the atmosphere.
