This project involved the evaluation of the Town of Hadley's water system for the purposes of reducing lost and un-accounted for water from greater than 25% to less than 15% as required under the Town's Water Management Act Permit. A comprehensive evaluation of all aspects of the system was performed ranging from production meters, to sales meters, to unmetered uses, to loss calculations, and to system leakage.
