Various infiltration and inflow (I/I) studies for the Town of Scituate's sewer system had been performed and recommendations included a rehabilitation project to address those areas with the highest infiltration rates. The project was funded under the Massachusetts SRF program and addressed approximately 12,300 l.f. of sewer pipe and 62 manholes.
