This project involved collection and review of existing regulations, studies and mapping to establish the existing status of Phase II compliance; subwatershed delineation and prioritized so that future implementation activities can occur in a phased methodology; illicit discharge detection program; recommendations for regulatory improvements to comply with Phase II requirements; inventories of municipal maintenance facilities to identify drainage and housekeeping concerns; a public education plan that best meets the needs of the town; development of a Stormwater Management Plan / BMP Plan to address storm drainage and pollution issues to comply with Phase II rules, including an implementation schedule and cost estimates and development of conceptual designs for stormwater.
