CEI understands that clients often need help in securing financing and that grants and low interest loans are often seen as a benefit. Over the years, we have become expert at securing grant monies from various programs, and probably have one of the best track records in the industry of successfully securing monies for our clients.



A typical example is shown above, in Arlington, Massachusetts. Here, CEI reviewed all of the previous studies for Spy Pond, which dated back to the 1970s and all with varying recommendations, but none with implementation. CEI developed a project from these past studies and from other existing data and without further study submitted successful grant applications totaling over $450,000 in restoration monies.
