Comprehensive Environmental Inc. (CEI) is an environmental engineering and consulting firm composed of exceptional professional staff supported with a blend of old fashioned principles, inspiration and new technologies. This effort is led by the firm's diverse ownership by full-time employees, including six registered professional engineers and one scientist.
